Queen of Steel are open, under Level 3, for piercings, tattoos and jewellery changes. Please read the following before coming for your appointment:

- New Protocols. No family or friends allowed to accompany you to your appointment unless you are a minor and need parental consent for a piercing. The waiting area seating has been removed.
- All tattoos, piercing & jewellery changes will be by appointment only.
- Don’t be late, you will need to screened (check temperature, sanitize plus complete a Covid-19 screening waiver as well as an indemnity form).
- No walk-ins so please email them or book an appointment.
- All staff will be screened every morning before work.
- Face masks are to be worn in store at all times (cover your mouth & nose).
- Surgical masks, a new mask will be required if you get pierced, tattooed or want your jewellery changed. (Cost R15)
